Biography
Ms. Agnes Chan is a registered staff nurse, who has worked as a staff nurse in a medical respiratory ward, an ICD-9 and ICD-10 casemix coder (or what some would call as Clinical Governance), for a number of years before she started working as a clinical research nurse in a Phase 1 clinical research unit in 2003, in the UK.
Subsequently, Ms. Chan had a dual role of Clinical Research Nurse cum Quality Management in 2007. Thereafter, she was a Quality Assurance Auditor as well, but eventually, she decided Quality Management suits her better.
